Our factory has 12 years of experiences in making rubber products, especially in automobile rubber parts, industrial and mechanical fittings and others.
We specialize in producing silicone and rubber products, such as rubber seals, gaskets/grommets, O-rings, stoppers, bellows, bushing, mats, keypads and buttons, bumpers, pressurized pieces, bathing and faucet fittings, toy tires, auto rubber parts,etc. which are applied to automobile, industrial, mechanical and electrical appliances. And we make moulds by ourselves.
Our factory covers an area of over 10000 square meters in Dongguan City. We have more than 200 production staffs, including 30 QC technicians and 6 R and D engineers. Meanwhile, we own some CNC milling machines, EDM, lathes, rubber mixing machines, rubber compression machines, rubber injection machines, punching machines, some other machines and all necessary testing instruments.
We've got ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949 authorized certificates. Our factory has established a set of complete quality control system. With effective management and expert techniques, we have made top quality products and got a lot of regular customers all over the world.
We have been one of main suppliers of rubber parts for Chinese big automotive company and some famous Japanese-based electrical companies.
We do OEM/ODM services and design the moulds according to customers' drawings or samples. We are integrating mould opening, sample test, mass production, delivery and sales service together.
